Aug. 5, 2023 - Swift Flies the Eagle.

Worship:

Father, you are love incarnate, you are the END all and BE all, the perfecter and finisher of our faith.  Thank you, Father, that you are a God of second chances, that you are long-suffering, loving and kind.  That we can put our trust in you, for you always do what is GOOD and RIGHT.  We exchange our cares and woes for worship and praise of our loving, protective, and abundant Father.  Increase your glory, Lord, in our lives and this world today, for your light defeats the darkness.  Shine your light, Jesus! Amen.

Prophetic Prose:

Swift, swift, swift flies the eagle.  He soars through the sky, barely flapping his wings.  he watches carefully over the water, the forest, the plain.  He swoops down upon his prey, unbeknownst, and grasps him in his talons to carry him away, never to be seen again.  Your heavenly Father is the eagle.  A protective bird of prey, defending his young and his nest.  There will come a time when the world will watch in shock and amazement when I descend from the clouds, wings spread wide for all to see.  Yes, you will fall on your face in awe and fear.  You will feel unworthy and terrified, but fear not, for I know my children.  I count every hair on your head, I know the heart of man, his thoughts, his ways.  I will discern evil from good and no harm will befall my children.  Be ready.  Prepare your hearts and pray to me.  Remain in fellowship with my son, who has redeemed you.  Be wise as serpents and gentle as doves, and do not be afraid, but be assured, your King will come.

Worship: Heavenly Father, you are our strength, our champion and defender, the rock we firmly plant our trust and faith on.  You are our creator, the creator of the cosmos, the fine-tuned universe.  How great is they power that you can envision and engineer such perfect balance?  You are truly awesome and overwhelming to contemplate and yet you call us by our name, you call us your children.  You are our Abba, the endearment for Father, our papa.  Thank you, your blessings are unending, for you are absolutely good.  All glory and praise to the Most High God, His son, Jesus, His Holy Spirit, Amen!
