Oct. 31, 2022 - Halloween is a time for Holy Ghost!

Worship:

Heavenly-Father, blessed be your name!  We are so grateful that you are destroying our enemies and protecting your children.  We thank and agree with you, father, for the shaking and awakening you are using to expose the corruption and enslavement we have unwittingly submitted to.  Thank you for opening our eyes and ears and reminding us of the VICTORY AND AUTHORITY we have in you, through Christ Jesus, our redeemer.  Praise Holy Spirit for comfort, guidance and FIRE in these turbulent but exciting times.  Hallelujah we have WON!  Amen!

Prophetic Word:

Halloween is a time for HOLY GHOST!  We reject pagan rituals and beliefs.  Let the little children turn to ME on this day.  May they have joy and happiness and may the streets be flooded with the delighted shouts and merriment of the innocent and cheerful.  Bless my children and let them eat candy!  The Lord loves treats and it is a sweet sampling of heaven's pleasures.  Encourage the laughter and keep it clean, kids!  At Halloween, we can mock the devil and his minions.  We laugh in their face and show them our disdain.  We are not afraid.  We will not be cowed, controlled or defined.  WE TAKE BACK THE NIGHT with joy in our hearts - masquerading in merriment.  Choose life and laugh at lucifer.  His attempt at control has devolved to child's play.  So...Mock and Knock and Play On!

Notes:

I had been struggling with how to deal with Halloween and the pagan/demonic historical beginnings of this tradition.  I was thinking about how Holy Spirit is interchangeable with Holy Ghost which always seems more secular and less reverential to me.  He reminded me that he has a fun side and is OK with *innocent* costumes at Halloween.  He does NOT condone the actual demonic that perform rituals on this day.

Let them eat candy (in moderation!!).

Reclaim this night:  It is "hallowed evening" or Holy Evening.

Mock and Knock and Play On:  Mock the devil, Knock on doors and Play and have fun as a little child.

Matthew 18: 3-6

And he said: "I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.
4
Therefore, whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
5
"And whoever welcomes a little child like this in my name welcomes me.
6
But if anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a large millstone hung around his neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.
